Colombian Passport commits to carrying out the following steps to assist the Client in the application for a Beneficiary Visa:
Questionnaire and Checklist: A questionnaire and a list of required documents will be provided to collect the necessary information to complete the Client’s visa application form.
Preparation and Submission of Documents: Organization and preparation of all required documents for the submission of the visa application. Once all documents have been gathered, the application will be submitted along with the necessary attachments. The Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Consulate may make one of the following decisions within 10 business days:
Approval: The visa is approved.
Request for Additional Information: Additional documents or a personal interview may be requested.
Inadmissibility: The application does not meet the requirements or is denied under Discretionary Power (when the officer considers the approval of the visa not to be viable).
Rejection: In case of rejection, the applicant will not be allowed to submit a new application for six months.
Visa Registration and Foreigner ID Application: Assistance with the visa registration and the application for the Cédula de Extranjería once the visa has been approved.
The entire process is estimated to take between 2 and 5 weeks.
