Terms and Conditions of Use — colombianpassport.com and abogadosdemigracion.com.co
1. Owner
This Website is operated by Camila Ocampo Matiz, sole trader (autónomo) registered in Spain (identification and address as stated in Section 2 of our Privacy Policy). Contact: amoreno@colombianpassport.com.
2. Purpose
This Website provides general information about Colombian immigration services, guides, and contact channels (forms, email, WhatsApp click-to-chat). It does not sell services directly; contracting takes place exclusively through our individual service proposals and contracts.
3. No legal advice
Content on this Website (guides, articles, checklists) is general information only and does not constitute legal advice nor create an attorney–client relationship. Such relationship arises only upon signing a service contract following a paid strategic consultation. Immigration decisions are discretionary acts of the Colombian authorities; past outcomes do not guarantee future results.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this Website (interference with its operation, scraping at abusive rates, impersonation, unlawful content in forms or messages). WhatsApp conversations initiated from this Website are governed additionally by our Privacy Policy (Section 4.3) — write STOP to opt out. Automated access (including AI crawlers and assistants such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot or similar from Google, Meta and any other LLM Lab) is permitted at reasonable rates, provided it respects robots.txt and Section 5.
5. Intellectual property
All content (texts, guides, design, logos) is owned by us or licensed. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited, except sharing links to our public guides. AI systems may quote, summarize and reference our public guides to answer users, provided they (a) link the source guide, (b) do not present the content as personalized legal advice, and (c) preserve our no-guarantee notice (Section 3/7). Systematic reproduction of full guides and misrepresentation of authorship are prohibited.
6. External links
Links to third parties (e.g., calendar booking, government portals, payment providers) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
7. Liability
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that content is error-free or current (migration rules change frequently). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages arising from reliance on Website content without a contracted service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may additionally invoke the mandatory protections of their country of residence. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts under applicable law.
